This is an all-inclusive package to plan, style and coordinate your wedding– every detail from start to finish. Your wedding day is planned in meticulous detail ensuring you have a beautiful, stress-free and beautifully styled wedding day with a team of people you can trust.

We take care of everything, making all your wedding dreams become reality using only the best, most reputable vendors. It doesn’t matter if you’ve already started booking your venues, finding suppliers or paying deposits, we’ll take over and ensure you get the wedding you want, ensuring we deliver every element of your planning, on time and on budget.

This package includes:

⬥ Unlimited face to face, phone & email meetings with Jen, your wedding planner & stylist

⬥ Sourcing of wedding reception and wedding ceremony locations. If these have already been sourced, we’ll take over the management, communication and coordination

⬥ Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for every detail of your wedding

⬥ Coordination and management of contracts, bookings, deposits and payments for venues and suppliers

⬥ Coordination and management of ceremony, reception and photography locations

⬥ Advice on etiquette, best practice and wedding traditions

⬥ Development of a wedding run sheet, supplier contact list and distribution to all relevant suppliers

⬥ Designing a unique and personal style for your wedding day, including CAD drawings and renderings

⬥ Floor plans & seating arrangements, assistance with menu – tasting and selection

⬥ Assistance with bridal gowns, bridesmaids and flower girls - design, fittings or alterations

⬥ Planning every supplier you hire for your wedding day, ensuring they are all professional, reputable and trusted

⬥ Assistance with suits and fittings (including tailor services to coordinate with theme and bridesmaid’s dresses)

⬥ Planning wedding cake – tasting and selection

⬥ Table mock-ups can be arranged for a fee – the fee of flowers for example.
